About Water Goods

Most bottles are thrown away for want of a part that costs a few dollars. A cracked cap, a lost stopper, a perished seal — the bottle itself is usually fine.

Water Goods exists for that gap. Nearly everything here is a component for a bottle or jug somebody already owns: replacement caps for three and five gallon water jugs, silicone boots that stop an insulated bottle ringing on a desk and denting on a floor, carry slings and handle straps, spill stoppers for tumbler lids, and squeeze bottles for a griddle.

Fit is the entire business, so fit is what the listings talk about. Where a cap is 55mm, the listing gives the measurement rather than a brand name, because the measurement is what you can check against the jug in your kitchen. Where a boot or a sling was cut for a specific bottle family, it is named. A part that is one size out will not seat, and no amount of description makes that work.

The prices reflect what these things are. Nothing on the shelf runs past the price of a takeout lunch, and the shipping threshold is set low to match, because it would be absurd to ask someone to spend fifty dollars on stoppers to avoid a delivery charge.

We are at 2621 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026, United States, open Mon-Sun 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
