Cancellation Policy

Until an order is handed over for delivery, cancelling costs nothing.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

When an order has already gone, the route is the return policy: 30 days from delivery.

Cancellations we make

On the rare occasion we cancel, it is because the item cannot be supplied in good condition or the address is out of range. The full amount is refunded.
