Shipping Policy

Water Goods keeps shipping deliberately simple: one flat rate, one free threshold, and no surcharges added at the last step.

What delivery costs

Delivery is a flat $4.49. Once your order reaches $25 the charge is waived, and the waiver is applied before you pay, not refunded afterwards.

How quickly orders leave

Expect dispatch within one to two working days. Orders that arrive over a weekend are processed when we next open.

Where we ship

Shipping is limited to destinations within the United States.

If something goes wrong

If something goes wrong in transit, tell us at [email protected]. A photograph helps considerably where the packaging is damaged.
