Returns and Refunds

If an item is not what you needed, Water Goods will take it back within 30 days of delivery.

Condition we can accept

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Used goods cannot be resold and so cannot be refunded.

How to return something

1. Email [email protected] with the order number and what you are returning.
2. We respond with the return address and a reference.
3. Send it back in protective packaging.
4. The refund follows inspection, to the card or account you used.

Who pays the return postage

Return shipping is at your cost for an unwanted item, and at ours where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect. No restocking fee applies.

How the refund is made

The refund is made to your original payment method following inspection. Banks vary in how quickly they show it.
